Your Spot in the Tame Your Triggers workshop is confirmed!

I'm so glad you've decided to join me on this journey.

As we get started, I wanted to ask three things of you.

 

Firstly, if my email showed up in anything other than your main inbox, please drag it over to your inbox or right click on the email and tell your system to send my messages to your inbox.  That way you know you won't miss an email related to the workshop.

 

Secondly, I'd like you to make a commitment to me, and to yourself.  You may have done free challenges or workshops online in the past that perhaps don't require a lot from you.  You might get the daily emails and think "but I'm already doing that!"

This workshop will be different.

We're going to go through a mindset shift in the coming days that has the potential to reshape your relationship with your child so you simply don't feel as triggered by their behavior any more.  But to do that does require some work.

The daily emails are skimmable, and many of the activities can be done in around 15 minutes.  But if you are really struggling with feeling triggered then I'd highly suggest trying to block 30 minutes on your calendar each day to make sure you give it the time needed to see a real difference.  Yes, it's a commitment now - but in the coming months and years when you're able to calmly think to yourself "Huh - that totally used to be a trigger for me!," you'll thank yourself for putting the time in on this workshop.
