Suitable for parents with children old enough to ask questions through the end of elementary school

Do you have a child who is old enough to ask questions through the end of elementary school?

Are you homeschooling and looking for alternatives to curriculum-based learning, or wanting to supplement your child's learning in school?

Do you hope to raise a child who has an intrinsic love of learning, or wanting to supplement your child's learning in school?

Research shows that beyond second grade, many children have lost their intrinsic love of learning. They don't ask questions any more, except for when they need to know something, or how to follow the teacher's instructions.

Whether your child is attending school in-person or homeschooling, this workshop will give you the knowledge and confidence to teach your child

There already weren't enough teachers before COVID.  Now a third of educators are planning to leave their jobs.  Even if your child's teacher is still physically in the classroom, are they mentally present as well?

And can they effectively navigate the yawning gulf of Post-COVID learning experiences in their classroom, with some children far behind grade level and needing massive amounts of extra attention?

If you're concerned about learning loss and want to supplement school-based learning, or if you're curious about homeschooling and wonder whether you can actually do it, this workshop will help
In the FREE workshop

Creator of the globally received Your Parenting Mojo podcast,
Parenting & Learning Membership Groups

Since 2015 Jen has helped thousands of parents understand the research on child development and learning and apply these methods in their own families. When she's not neck-deep in research papers preparing for one of the 150+ podcast episodes she has produced, she's busy coaching parents to have the ‘aha’ moment that shifts their whole way of thinking about a particular struggle they’re facing related to parenting and supporting their children's learning.

Jen received Bachelors degrees from Berkeley and a Master's from Yale in subjects related to environmental sustainability...but her path shifted after her daughter was born.  She went back to school for a Master's degree in Psychology (Child Development) and another in Education.

She hosts the 5-Star rated Your Parenting Mojo podcast - named Best Research-Based Parenting Podcast by Lifehacker - and is also a trained Co-Active Coach.

She is the prominent parenting expert focused on an inclusive, whole-child AND whole-parent approach that offers the complete package of support you and your child need.

Research-based ideas to help kids - and parents - thrive

This workshop is free and at the end, I'll open the doors for you to join my Supporting Your Child's Learning Membership if you'd like to take your (and your child's!) learning to the next level. I do hope you'll choose to join me then - but you don't have to buy anything to get value out of this training.

Parents may find that interest-led learning takes more thought to implement than curriculum-based learning but discover the payoff when their child stops resisting leaning. The outcomes for all humans involved may include increased connection, cooperation, and a desire to spend more time in each other's company.

The parents who see great results are those who put in the work and have a support system (and we'll help you with both!).
