What you'll learn: Your child isn't responsible for making your life easier. When you meet your own needs directly instead of trying to change your child's behavior, you both benefit.

You'll find yourself: Feeling less resentful when your child doesn't cooperate, because you'll have other ways to meet your needs for rest, ease, and peace.

Episode 6: Limits vs. Boundaries

What you'll learn: Limits try to change your child's behavior. Boundaries protect your own well-being. Understanding the difference reduces power struggles dramatically.

Why this matters: You'll set far fewer limits once you see that boundaries often work better. And when you do need to set a limit, you'll know why it's truly necessary. Fewer limits creates a willingness in kids to collaborate.
